THE CULTIVATION OF RED ONION

Red Onion Nutrition Consulting began to simmer in 2006 when founder, Tara Doyle, became certified as a Nutrition Educator and Nutrition Consultant through Bauman College for Nutrition and Culinary Arts. Tara subsequently achieved her Master of Science in Nutrition from Huntington College of Health Sciences in 2011. Red Onion Nutrition Consulting is all about local, seasonal, organic and whole foods. We teach our clients to eat with the seasons, to read labels, and to talk with farmers. We want our clients to know where their food originated, and to know the joy of eating food that was cultivated from the earth just hours before it hit their plate!
